Biography Sifu Rolf Rothe

Sifu Rolf Rothe began learning Martial Arts at the age of sixteen and has continued to develop his knowledge now for almost 30 years.

During the period from 1978 until 1993 he also learned parts of an abstracted version of Hok Kian Siauw Lim Lo Ban Teng Pay, which is based on Wu Zu Quan before he got in contact with the original style. Subsequently under the guidance of Sifu Dieter Kröcher he learned the knowledge to reach the level of master in 1995.

After receiving his masters degree he went to Jakarta, where he met Sifu Lo Hak Lun, son of Sinshe Lo Siauw Gok and grandson of Sinshe Lo Ban Teng and successor in leading the school.

Sifu Rolf Rothe follows the chinese tradition of combining Martial Arts with the Art of healing. After studying western massage techniques he qualified as a Naturopath. He runs his own Chinese Medicine practice where he specialises in Tui Na, Cupping, Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
